SENSOBOARD Plywood

The SENSOBOARD plywood is the most resistant and durable version of all SENSOBOARD models!

It is specifically developed to meet the demands of fitness-, physiotherapy- and rehab applications. It is a training device for balance and neuromuscular issues that allows secure movements with 5 degrees of freedom. A training of the reflexes due to these fast movements is very important to prevent injuries and for an effective fall prevention without missing the fun of movement! With every SENSOBOARD comes the special SENSOBOARD-Tool along which allows to change the tension of the elastic bands in three steps to meet your individual training level!
