The SENSOBOARD essential is the basic model. The surfaces are not treated with oil so you should keep it dry and only use it inside. On the standing surface griptape is used like on skateboard decks.

You should choose the elastics below depending on your body weight!  You have the possibility to use every kind of the 4 different sets of elastic bands (orange, black, white, olive) with your SENSOBOARD. They can be easily replaced!

With every SENSOBOARD comes the special SENSOBOARD-Tool along which allows to change the tension of the elastic bands in three steps to meet your individual training level!
